Installation of Equipment:

Wisper High Speed Internet will work with the landlord or property owner to determine where this equipment will be mounted during the installation of your service. The appearance of your home or business is as important to us as it is to you!

Subscriber Module / Radio

This piece of equipment picks up the signal from one of our tower sites. The Subscriber Module can be mounted on the roof, side of the building, or possibly on a pole or post on the property. Wisper High Speed Internet will work with you to find a location that will provide you with a great Internet connection but preserve the appearance of your home or business.

Subscriber Module / Radio with Yagi Antenna

This could be used depending on the conditions we encounter at your home or business. This has a yagi antenna attached to increase the strength and quality of the wireless signal.

Subscriber Module / Radio with Stinger Antenna

This has a Stinger antenna attached to increase strength and quality of the wireless signal, and will also help to reduce interference.

Surge Supressor

The surge supressor protects your equipment from damage caused by lightning or other electrical surges. It can be mounted either outside or inside the building, but must be grounded to the electrical system in accordance with the National Electric Code.

Cable Entry

All cable will be securely and neatly fastened to the buliding and the cable entry point will be sealed. The distance and amount of cable will vary with every install. We will run cable through one exterior wall and one interior wall as part of our standard installation.

Mounting Hardware

If there is existing mounting hardware, such as a tripod or mount arm, available in an area with sufficient signal quality, Wisper High Speed Internet can use this hardware to install equipment. If there is no existing mounting hardware (tripod or mount arm) available, Wisper High Speed Internet will provide the hardware needed to install service.
